EXPL-0309 DOT TRANSPORTATION OF EXPLOSIVES BY SEA: REFRESHER This awareness-level course provides a fast-paced overview of the safe transportation of Class 1 explosives, by sea, in accordance with select United States Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. This course is geared toward law enforcement agents, shippers, manufacturers, carriers, handlers, maritime officials, military officials, and contractors of explosives. This course is also invaluable to anyone who aspires to become a contractor of explosives. This 8-hour course covers up-to-date and important DOT, military, security, and risk subjects. Certification is provided in accordance with DOT and CFR regulations. All courses are taught by a licensed contractor of explosives with advanced degrees in engineering for more than 5 years.
