YOEL KORNBLUM
B.S., M.S., Ph.D.
Dr.
Kornblum, an expert in heat transfer and computational
fluid dynamics, started his illustrious career as
Development Engineer of Avionics and Defense at
Honeywell.
There he not only refined his numerical and
computational techniques, but devised armor-piercing
bullets and methods for stabilization. He also invented
a miniature getter system for laser gyroscope for vacuum
enhancement. Before joining the associates at
ESRA
Corporation, Dr. Kornblum consulted in the areas of
failure analysis of microelectronic products, Finite
Element Methods (FEM), energy conservation, military
tank and truck power upgrades, chemical process pumping,
and manufacturing automation. He developed specialties
metals, plastics, including molding, glass, composites
and woods, electronic packaging, machine-shop
fabrication methods and automation. Dr. Kornblum has
strong computer programming skills in C, FORTRAN, Basic,
UNIX, and database management applications.
Dr.
Kornblum holds a Bachelor of Science (with distinction),
Master of Science, and Ph.D., Mechanical Engineering,
from the
University of
