Ms. Lisa Phillips offers several years experience in supporting professional clients in the information technology (IT) field. Prior to joining the ESRA Team, Ms. Phillips was employed at IBM where she assisted local and regional clients and performed software installations and upgrades.  She also managed the implementation of several large-scale projects at IBM, including the implementation of a new utility billing system for the St. Kitts Government, as well as the implementation of a new immigration application system for the St. Kitts Government.

At ESRA Consulting Corporation, Ms. Phillips is Business Coordinator and acts as a liaison between clients and team members. She also assists with project management, marketing and database activities.  She is the newest addition to the ESRA Team.

Ms. Phillips holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies (Barbados) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova University.
